What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is the art of conscious breathing. A gentle practice that invites you to come home to yourself through intentional breath patterns. We unlock what has been held, release what is ready to leave, and remember the strength that has always been yours.
It’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about peeling back the layers to reveal the person who has been there all along.
What to Expect
Sessions are 60-90 minutes in a comfortable, peaceful setting designed for deep relaxation
We begin by setting a gentle intention and creating sacred space for your inner work
Through guided conscious breathing, you'll naturally enter an expanded state of awareness
I provide a safe, supportive presence throughout your journey, holding space for whatever arises
Integration time follows the breathwork, allowing insights to settle and ground back into your body
Available in private one-on-one sessions or intimate small group settings
Each session is tailored to honor where you are and what you need in this moment
