How to find me:

 From Maryland Garage at Cobo, go straight through the filter in turn, then you drive PAST the car park entrance into Checkers Express. (now put your Right indicator on ) to take the 2nd turning in(where the cars come out of Checkers express and the boat layby ends .

Drive straight down the lane ( Side of the Manderin) you will see  straight infront of you the gable end of the building with two small windows. The car park in on the right you will see a blue plant pot with seagrass there are two parking spaces...park parallel to the ramp...this is the entrance, please come in and make yourself comfortable.
